E2: Patty Sisson - From corporate executive to entrepreneur

Patty Sisson, the owner of Vermillion, a marketing and communications company, walks us through her decision to leave a high-powered, highly lucrative corporate career to start her own business over 20 years ago. As many of you already know, I'm in the process of doing the same now, so I was so grateful that Patty was willing to share her learnings.

Patty's spilling the tea on the bullying and harassment she encountered in the corporate world, as well as sharing stories about how some candid feedback from trusted mentors changed her career trajectory forever. Patty also tells us a great story about the minute her mindset changed on what mentorship looks like.
